My name is Colette Jolie Gardner and I am a jack of all trades, and finally trying to master one. I have been an actress sinus I was a small child. I have been an artist most my life from painting to, photography and, sketching. I am a writer a poet mostly, that and a song writer but sometimes if you squeeze all of the creative juices out of me and get me to concentrate long an-of you may get a book .I am a story teller, a brown belt Tang Soo Do, and I was a competitive ballroom and Latin dancer those are some facts about me there. I have a love for the strange and creative and odd because well I am all those things. When I was younger I worked at a Renaissances fair and fell in love with history. I spent most of my life and high school career dedicated to acting, so and I can stretch the truth some times, hey I like a good story but my best ones are always true. And threw all of my challenges and adventurers, I will always have my memory's and story's from the greatest points in my life to the dark holes that ate away so much time .I make it out and I make it out with something to say, something to tell someone. My latest adventurer well I stumbled upon a calling. How can I combine my art my creative ways but still land on my feet? I love art, I love making people happy most of all, and hey I am Italian so I love food. So here I am at Johnson & Wales University to become a pastry chef, and to learn how to put a smile on a plate. My overall goal to open small pie shop by the water called “Stir it up Pies and tarts”. Nothing to fancy just something that will make I and the hungry people happy. Just enough to support me and my future family and of cores I will blast my reggae music and dancing around my kitchen as I make delectable desserts. I also plan on joining the peace core or whatever organization I can to go over and help in Africa be it working with children or food. I plan on doing this for at least two years after I get out of school. I know it will be hard but I will fight through those years to come and if I win if I lose if I end up on the other side of the world at least I will make it out with one sweet story!
